The Chief Administrative Officer is a vital member of the UGM team, and is second in command to the Executive Director. This is a ministry position that requires a unique blend of management skills and ministry aptitude. UGM is first and foremost a gospel focused ministry. The person who serves in this role will have a mature and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and will be called by God to help shape and contribute to the growth and development of the spiritual life and well-being of the organization. In addition, this individual will be responsible for overseeing and leading four key areas of the ministry: Finance, Social Enterprise, Human Resources and Facilities.
