Students are assigned to one placement during their Freshman year and three placements during their Sophomore year (1 credit each) in order to provide broad exposure to ministry venues and leadership styles.
Junior residency practicums (1 credit each) give students opportunities to lead in specific areas of ministry under guided supervision.
Residency practicums during Senior year (2 credits each) allow students to lead at the highest possible levels, while completing Alliance Licensed Ministerial Experience (A.L.M.E.) requirements. Site Supervisors are provided in each practicum for accountability, feedback, and encouragement in fulfilling all aspects of each practicum.
